Dr Ben Tse

I went to Dr. Ben Tse office for the first time as an urgent appointment my IUD had moved and he was able to remove it without surgery being needed. He was professional, informative, and quick. He made me feel comfortable and listened to everything i had to say. His receptionist was a great help. Even with covid and being backlogged with appointments they were able to book me in within days. Thank you for your time and helping me.

I wish I could say I had a great experience but it was terrible. Seems like I got a different Dr, I’m sure he’s skilled but he was very rude and angry. I felt as though I was being interrogated instead of helped when being asked my symptoms. Maybe he was having a bad day but I for sure got the brunt end of it, perhaps if you want a pleasant Doctor to help you get referred elsewhere.

I was referred to Dr. Tse twice and the first time from one of his colleagues that was retiring . He is definetly a great clinician and doctor . He did two surgeries on me and I can tell you that they were flawless!. I definitely admire and will recomend him . Also important to mention is his receptionist that she was available and very cooperative during all the process.Congrats to the team of Humber River hospital and to dr. Tse.

I have been using Doc Ben for years and he is still my favourite. Sometimes it’s frustrating when I don’t get to see him but am aware he has to safe people’ Lives at any point in time. Priorities still play a bigger role so I just wait or get rebooked

This happened to me twice already had booked a appointment with the doctor,went into the office and the secretary told me he had to rebook the app because he had.to go and emergency delivery, if that was the case why was he in the office pacing back and forth with papers in his hands, I think that was excuse not to see his patients. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anybody. Bad service and very unprofessional.
