This business owner was very rude and actually hung up on our call. We were questioning the unreasonable cost for just bathing and nail clipping of our pet and when we asked the cost of a full grooming, the cost was double that of any other groomer we have used in the past 20 years. Her exact wording was that if we didn't like it, go find someone else to do your dog's grooming. We would not use this facility again and would most definitely NOT recommend anyone else to use it.
