For anyone in Keswick/Kingsclear/BC or even Fredericton, we recommend Lance. We had another plumber come to our house twice for the clogged laundry room sink, and he ran the auger and cleared it, fine. It became pretty clear to us the piping needed to be changed. I called Lance Francis, and as soon as he saw it, he knew what to do to fix it. He got it fixed within two hours, charged a very fair price, and hell be my first pick next time around with plumbing issues. Read more
