In the midst of the countless retail employee encounters i’ve had, varying from mediocre to infinitesimally unhelpful, i have never been helped, no-SERVED- by someone as prestigiously talented and faithfully dedicated to their job as KAYLA from the sports section at this location of Canadian Tire. The absolute erudite grace of this exceptional employee ensured my safe and speedy discovery of the product i was searching helplessly for amid the lengthy aisles of this great establishment.

I would like to thank two wonderful ladies,Jordanka from the 5th floor, and Cindy from Levi's on the 6th floor, who went extra mile to find my bag with expensive items that I lost in the store this boxing day. Both of them were not only sympathetic to my problem, but also proactive in efforts to help me. This Canadian Tire to say the least, is amazing. They have been instrumental in helping Waste Connections of Canada buy and donate 300 bikes to underprivileged children for Christmas this year. If it wasn't for the support of this store, I don't think we would have been able to supply as many bikes as we are to these great kids. We are so thankful for this store, their managers and the staff. They have amazing customer service & and very big hearts.

My main problem is the difficulty of speaking directly to a pharmacist. The phone system is not very good.
Also would like to shop for groceries ,but Olivier bread is not available so have to go to two stores .

You need to check your grocery carts and repair the ones with wonky wheels. Last year, I tried five carts before finding one that did not make a loud embarrassing kerclunk, kerclunk sound as I pushed it through the store! I keep thinking, with all the money you make from hard working Canadians you just do not seem to care about this. Also, it is a real pain to when you have to retrieve the looney several times and then insert it into one that works as it should!!!
