I had a fantastic dinner here with my friends! The double dragon roll and spicy salmon sashimi were so good and I loved eating every piece. They also have some fantastic affordable combos as well. We stuffed ourselves with so much food that covered the entire table but the bill was still affordable. Servers were fairly busy but still polite. I thought that the staff was great, the food was delicious, the wait was not long at all, and the atmosphere was really fun! They had a great menu (much of their ingredients were either local or home-made) and their patio seats have one of the best views of the beach I've ever seen. The place itself was very clean and cozy. I would definitely give it 5 stars out of 5 and I will definitely be returning to try out other menu options. Really easy to find as it is just across from the pier. One of the highlights of my trip to the beach and a must try for anybody looking for an awesome place to eat in White Rock. :) Read more

I recently celebrated my birthday at a restaurant, and I must say the server was outstanding - knowledgeable, polite, and attentive. The rest of the staff were equally friendly. The food was excellent; we opted for the Dine-Out menu, and the recommended drinks paired perfectly. I'll definitely be returning for another visit. I also enjoyed a complimentary pastry, which was absolutely delightful. Read more

Had a fabulous dinner, new partner n' I ordered the tuna tartar, caesar salad, and scallops for starts, had the lamb and sea bass for mains, and apple tart for dessert. Divine really, all of it very expensive though. But my boyfriend was treating me for my birthday and I was very happy and incidentally for a new relationship deeply touched. Service was lovely, had a bit of an accident and spilled my half glass of red on the boyfriend, oops, manager noticed the mishap and brought us a tide to go stick. We arrived a little late for without reservations, but the restaurant had a table and seated us immediately (was a full house). My dinner companion ordered a glass of wine (sauvignon blanc) which was delivered promptly. I had Shiraz. We ordered the salade. The salad was crisp, fresh with crunch toasted walnuts, sweet roasted beets, and tangy raspberry viniagrette. The prawns were fabulous, seared tender and sweet, prepared with lemon butter, tomatoes and capers. Our entrees were the New York steak and she ahd salmon. Both were very good, prepared just right with a light charred crust. Did not stay for dessert, as we were out of time and had other commitments (hotel reservation) and a curfew. Our server was attentive, without being intrusive, and very helpful with explaining the menu choices. Unfortunately, he was a he. Room was dark, clean, lots of wood tones... room is a little packed, but acceptable because the darkness assured privacy. Read more
