J ai échappé le bouchon du lave-vitre de ma voiture et il est tombé sous le moteur, incapable de le récupérer. Je me suis présentée au Canadian Tire sans rendez-vous. La commis me dit que ça va être minimum 25$. Le mécanicien a grimpé ma voiture et en 2 minutes, il a récupéré le fameux bouchon et finalement, ils ne m ont rien chargé. J ai trouvé cela très sympa et gentil de leur part.

Ce magasin m'a agréablement étonné. Ils ont pas mal de stock pour tous les budgets même s'il n'a pas une grande surface. Le staff est très chaleureux et ils ont prêt à nous servir tourjours avec le sourire dans les levres.Je recommande ce magasin pour trouver ce dont vous avez besoin et plus, parce que des bons employés on ne les trouve pas dans les arbres. C'est sûr que je retourne là-bas pour faire mes commissions!

Sonia au service téléphonie cellulaire est vraiment une perle. Dévouée et attentive à nos besoins. Elle a sue bien me conseiller et a fait le transfer de mon cell de public-mobile à koodo mexpliquant que cest plus avantageux les forfaits et qu il y a un service à la clientèle personnalisé. Je préfère poser mes questions a une personne au lieu de le faire par courriel. Merci pour sa disponibilité, elle même restée après son quart de travail pour résoudre un problème pour moi. Bravo!!!

Since management change 2016 this store has become fantastic, even the employees
seem to have a much better attitude towards their jobs, very helpful and take the time to help you with what ever your looking for. Returns and replacement including refunds is fantastic compared to before.I can personally state that the management and their employees have gone out of their way for me a number of times. I would and will recommend this Canadian Tire Outlet to anyone without hesitation. Merci.
