I contacted another company prior who "diagnosed" my A/C problem over the phone and wanted to have my unit replace without looking at it. They quoted me a high price for what they though was the problem and for a new Disgruntled I called CCA & within an hour and a half a technician was over and diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it, and we were good to go. The price was a third of what the other company quoted and customer service was amazing. A+ service & definitely recommended. Read more

In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. We had an issue with a noisy furnace and could not identify the root of the problem. We called AW Mechanical who came out the next day and replaced the blower motor on the spot which solved the problem. Tony also explained what caused a blower motor in a 4 year old furnace to break down in such a short space of time.
