COMPLETELY TERRIBLE. This company is a money grab. The owner, Ravi, has no idea what he is doing, and only plays around with time and money. His organization skills are juvenile, and his work ethic is lazy with no respect for deadlines or the contract itself. He makes up excuses for his mistakes and tries to put the blame on the you. He is very rude and disrespectful when his mistakes are brought to his attention. This company was useless; DO NOT CALL THEM unless you want to lose your money.
They had agreed to do work involving cabinets and a counter top, which they had said would take 3 weeks -- but that quickly changed. After the first payment, there were excuses about needing more money, and disrespect towards when I confronted Ravi about exceeding the deadline (for the 3rd time in the contract). Ravi Aurora is extremely incompetent and I would NEVER recommend him or his company to anyone.
