The customer service button on their main site doesn't even work. They actually lie to you for the reason for delivery being held. If the driver doesn't feel like going around your apartment building to park and walk to the front door, they'll tell you `no one was home.` The customer service person on the phone was lazier than the driver. She didn't even want to add specific delivery instructions and told me "You'll get it eventually." There's a reason why cheap sites use this company.

Terrible customer service… delivers to my office at 8 pm and sends email they tried to Call but never did and sent my Package back to sender immediately. What type Of company does this? Zero stars should not be in the delivery business
